Thunderstorms. We love feeling safe and dry indoors while Mother Nature puts on a show outside. Call us crazy, but we think that both thunder and lightening are pretty amazing phenomena. As long as things don’t get too out of hand…
MarthaCelebrations: We are huge Martha Stewart fans at A&C, so we can’t help but be a little obsessed with their latest concept. They partnered with JCPenny (I KNOW, right? Crazy!) to create MarthaCelebrations. You can shop for party goods such as decorations, paper goods and even tableware by color, occasion or category and grab the items you want a-la-carte. Some of our favorite items are giant balloons, footed candy dishes with vibrantly colored candy to match your theme, and this fantastic chalkboard banner that allows you to customize your message (and we think it’s probably reusable?):
Perfect Sandals: Still searching for a great summer sandal to dress up your shorts and pair with your pretty, breezy dresses? We both ponied up $20 for these babies and can’t wait to get them delivered.
A Great Wedding Album: We fall head over heels for pretty images from emotional moments. This post of amazing shots from an intimate wedding ceremony in Joshua Tree (shot by The Image Is Found) hits all the right notes.
Succulents… AND cake? It’s no secret we’re fans of both dessert and pretty plants. But putting them TOGETHER in one edible and beautiful treat? That’s just pure genius.
